Abstract
Examines three main pieces of legislation to compare the systems of dispute resolution across the region, using the notion of a common CARICOM position on labour relations systems and regulations as justification. Looks specifically at these countries because of the need to compare the most developed systems with one of the less complex. Suggests that there is much commonality among the three. This seems to augur well for the member countries in any attempt to bring their standards in conformity with the CARICOM declaration.
