This paper presents material to demonstate how violence (very much a part of the parent-child relationship in urban lower-class cummunities) is the ready response of youngsters to conflict and challenges because the experience of child abuse and violence often produces violent prone individuals. One article concludes that the domestic household can hardly be described as harmonious because added to the traditional male behaviours there is an increasing tendency for females to be perpetrators and initiators of violence against males.....
