Abstract
This chapter evaluates the extent and ways in which return migration to the Caribbean becomes part of and reinforces the transnational household. This examined through the livelihood strategies and identities of the return migrants that incorporate the countries of previous and current residence demonstrated through the social networks and economic links of the return migrants. The paper further highlights the fact that the returnees display the social behaviours and cultural values of the country of their previous residence, as a characteristic of their new transnational identies.....
