Abstract
A modified ELISA was used to evaluate long-term changes in levels of S. stercoralis-specific serum IgG. Eight persons from a study of the epidemiology of S. stercoralis infection in Jamaica agreed to longitudinal monitoring after treatment with a single dose of ivermectin. Preliminary results suggest a slow but consistent decline in IgG responses to S. stercoralis following treatment . Individuals may remain seropositive for an extended period.....
